Routine care

Clean gently and stop when something feels wrong.

Tracks and guides

Remove loose debris with a soft brush or vacuum. Use mild soap and water when allowed. Avoid petroleum products, WD-40 and unapproved oils.

Mesh and shade fabric

Use mild soap, water and light pressure. Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive tools and high-pressure washing.

Clear panels

Use soft tools and a neutral detergent approved for the material. Avoid dry wiping gritty dirt.

Cold weather

Around freezing conditions, make sure tracks, panels and fabric are free of ice before operation. Do not force a system that resists movement.

Manual override

Use the supplied procedure and stop at travel limits. Never force the crank or continue after unusual resistance.

Professional review

Schedule service for unusual noise, uneven travel, damaged material, loose hardware or repeated interruptions.
