Warranty

For EX Design Group motorized patio screen and shade projects: EX Design Group shade components are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for five years from the date of purchase. Fabric and motor warranties are provided by their manufacturers and vary by manufacturer and product. Labor and freight are not covered under the warranty. Damage from acts of nature—including hurricanes, wind, snow, rain and other severe weather—is not covered. STAX and other manufacturer-specific products may have separate written warranty terms; the applicable proposal and manufacturer documents control.
